Do these prices apply to my home?

These are our average prices for a standard installation of the air conditioners listed below.  Most homes are considered standard and the list prices will apply, however some may cost more when additional labor, material, electrical and code upgrades are required.  The existing furnace must be able to accept the air conditioner and the existing electrical service panel must be able to accept the additional circuit for the AC.  New service panels are quoted separately when required.  Please call us for an over the phone quote or free in home estimate to confirm your total price.

What do these prices include?

A standard air conditioner installation includes the condensing unit, matching evaporator coil, refrigerant line set, condenser pad, programmable thermostat, 220v circuit (up to 20 ft.) from the existing service panel only, and permit when purchased at regular list prices.

Warranty?

Our labor warranty for new installations is 1 year, we provide same day service during that time.  The manufacturer warranty varies depending on the equipment that you choose.  We offer an optional one of a kind Platinum Star Warranty that covers annual maintenance and repairs.
