Below are our average prices for a standard installation of the listed furnaces. Some homes may require additional work and cost more than others when extra material or code upgrades are required. These prices will apply to most homes. Please call us for an over the phone quote or free in home estimate to confirm your total price.
Typical furnace installation includes removal and disposal of the old furnace, sheet metal required to adapt to the new furnace including a new return air drop, standard filter system, new canvas connectors, new flue from the furnace to the existing riser, reconnect to the existing electrical circuit, reconnect to the existing gas supply, combustion air as required. Permits are billed separately based what your city or county charges.
Our labor warranty for new installations is 1 year, we provide service within 24 hours during the labor warranty period.
