Standard water heaters, these are the most common in residential applications, they exhaust to a metal 3" flue riser, most homes already have the riser. Below we listed the AO Smith 40 and 50 gallon models with a 6 or 10 year manufacturer warranty and our standard installed prices.

Power Vent water heaters, these are commonly used in homes that dont have a flue riser as they are designed to vent with a 3" pvc pipe to the side or the back of a home. This system does require a 120V GFI outlet. Below we listed the AO Smith 40 and 50 gallon models and our installed prices.

This system requires a 4" flue instead of the standard 3", most existing flue risers will exept this incrase but may require the ez-y to be replaced.
